Where is my order?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, and you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking. If it's been longer, email us your order number and we'll check.
How quickly will my order arrive?
In-stock orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days from our Thomastown warehouse. Delivery then takes about 2–3 business days to metro areas and 5–7 business days to regional areas; WA can take longer. The Harley N95 Flat Fold 188 respirator ships the same business day when ordered by 12pm (Melbourne time), Monday to Friday.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a $9 flat rate on orders under $200, and free on orders of $200 or more. Express shipping is $25. New Zealand is $25 (free over $250) and other countries are $50. The final cost is always shown at checkout before you pay. Full shipping policy.
Can I collect my order instead?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout where it's offered and collect from our warehouse at Factory 2, 196 Mahoneys Road, Thomastown VIC 3074. We'll let you know when your order is ready.
What is your returns policy?
We don't accept change-of-mind returns, so please check product details or ask us before ordering. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are covered by the Australian Consumer Law: email orders@innovationproject.com.au with your order number, a description and photos. Hygiene items (continence, personal care and consumable healthcare products) can't be returned unless faulty. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No. Please use a street address so our carriers can deliver your order.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. Businesses can apply for a free trade account for trade pricing and carton and pallet rates, and many products also have automatic quantity discounts that apply in the cart. Apply for a trade account.
Can you quote a large or recurring order?
Yes. Use the form above and choose "Bulk or pallet quote", listing the products, quantities and delivery postcode, or call 03 9665 2777.
An item is out of stock. What happens?
If an item on your order is out of stock, we'll dispatch it as soon as it's back and keep you updated. You're welcome to contact us first to check stock or ask about an alternative.
Are you a registered NDIS provider?
Yes. Innovation Project is a registered NDIS provider, so we can supply participants whose plans are self-managed, plan-managed or NDIA-managed. Ask us for a tax invoice with the participant's name and NDIS number. How to buy consumables with NDIS funding.
